Salus Homecare is seeking Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers to cover mornings, weekends, and overnights in the South Bay area, including Torrance, Long Beach, and surrounding locations. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily activities, and transport clients as required.

Positions offer multiple shift types with pay rates of $20.00–$23.00 per hour depending on shift and duties. Join a team committed to patient well-being and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• CA State requirement: Homecare Aide Certification and Livescan fingerprints.
• TB test within 90 days of start.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.
• Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if driving with clients.

Mansioni

• Serve as a companion to clients.
• Arrive to clients' homes in a timely manner.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, hygiene, meals, dressing, and ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Turn and reposition patients as needed; assist with transfers.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA standards.
• Notify office of any abnormal findings or conditions.
• Represent the company with a positive image at all times.
