Salus is hiring Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers to support clients in South Bay including Torrance, Long Beach, and surrounding areas. Positions available mornings, weekends, and overnights with flexible hours.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, transportation, and reporting of any changes to the office. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and maintaining client dignity.

Qualifications

• CA Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) required or Salus can assist with process.
• TB test within 90 days of start.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.
• Safe driving record and auto insurance if driving clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, hygiene, and feeding.
• Turn, reposition, and move clients safely.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Notify office of abnormal findings or conditions.
