Zusammenfassung

Salus is seeking Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers to join our team in the Los Angeles area, including Valley and surrounding neighborhoods. We offer morning, afternoon, weekend and overnight coverage with part-time and full-time shifts.

As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with personal care, transport clients as needed, and maintain client safety. Certifications such as HCA are encouraged; flexible hours, holiday pay and benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.
• Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clients.
• HCA certification is CA State requirement; Livescan fingerprinting and background check may be required.

Aufgaben

• Serving as a companion to clients.
• Arrives to clients home on a timely manner.
• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, ambulation.
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Turning, repositioning and moving patients between beds, wheelchairs and seats.
• Maintains confidentiality of all clients information per HIPAA standards.
• Notifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditions.
• Represents the company with a positive image at all times.

Ausbildung

Homecare Aide Certification (HCA)

TB Test (within 90 days)
