Salus Homecare is hiring Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers for multiple shifts in West Los Angeles including Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and surrounding areas. Positions include mornings, weekends, overnights with flexible hours.

You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with personal care tasks, transport clients when needed, and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality while representing Salus Homecare professionally.

Qualifications

• CA State Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) is required.
• TB Test within 90 days of start.
• Legal work authorization to work in USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.
• Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clients.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a companion to clients.
• Arrives to client homes on time.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meal prep and feeding, dressing, and ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Turn, reposition and move patients between beds, wheelchairs and seats.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the client.
• Maintain confidentiality of all clients’ information according to HIPAA standards.
• Notifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditions.
• Represents the company with a positive image at all times.
