Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff.
• Encourage social engagement and community activities.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control policies.
