Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents through engagement.
• Ensure residents' living areas are clean and safe.

Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques

Education

High school diploma or GED
