Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Observe and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
Foster positive relationships with residents through companionship.
Ensure residents' living areas are clean, organized, and safe.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of a PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred
