Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents through companionship.
• Ensure residents' living areas are clean, organized, and safe.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate and patient

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Completion of a PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred
