Home or Away is seeking a dependable Personal Care Aide to provide hands-on support for clients in their own homes. You will work one-on-one with clients to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while assisting with daily activities and personal care.

Responsibilities include ADL support, monitoring health, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and documentation. Prior experience in home care and a CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, with HIPAA privacy standards upheld at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in home care or similar settings preferred.
• HIPAA/patient privacy knowledge.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required before start date.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily living support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in client condition and wellness.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed according to dietary requirements.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Assist with safe transfers and positioning for comfort.
• Maintain accurate, detailed care records and observations.
