Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to clients in need. You will assist with daily hygiene, meals, mobility, and medication reminders when applicable, delivering comfort and dignity in every visit.

This role offers flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) with at least 20 hours per week and a pay rate of $18 per hour. A driven candidate with a year of personal-care experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license is encouraged

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot.
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate
