Qualifications
- CRSS certification required.
- Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or bachelor's in human services preferred.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, recovery-focused approach.
- Provide peer support using lived experience to foster hope.
- Assist with guest intake, orientation, and daily Living Room operations.
- Document client interactions and coordinate referrals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to support transitions.
- Maintain safety and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
