Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The role provides basic patient care under RN guidance, including room sanitation, vitals monitoring, and assisting with feeding and grooming.

The ideal candidate has recent acute care or long-term care experience, nursing aide training, STNA/CNA certification (or eligibility), and BLS. EPIC EHR experience is preferred to document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Nursing aide training program completed or equivalent.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or CNA certification required/eligible.
• Recent acute care or long-term care experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred; EPIC EHR experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including hygiene, comfort and mobility assistance.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Assist with feeding and personal care.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Support hand-offs between shifts.
• Encourage patient independence and participate in mobility tasks.
