Immanuel Living is seeking a dedicated caregiver to perform and supervise client personal care in Kalispell, MT. The role supports meal preparation, housekeeping, and activities per each client’s Care Plan, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation in SmartCare, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with a compassionate team to ensure high-quality, safe homecare for residents.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification in Montana if certified.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a working vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.

Aufgaben

• Perform client care accurately and safely per Care Plan and Flow Sheets.
• Follow Client Care Plans and provide input for changes in writing.
• Record client care and tasks in SmartCare.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients and staff.
• Work as a team member and maintain professional boundaries.
• Maintain a safe living and working environment and flexible hours as needed.
