Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a PRN / Part Time Personal Care Aide (PCA) in the Tri County area to help seniors live safely at home. You'll provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and offer companionship, with competitive base pay and flexible scheduling.

As a PCA, you’ll work 1:1 with clients, follow care plans, document conditions, and report any concerns. This role requires a high school diploma and at least six months in a healthcare role; a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, good communicator, able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors living at home.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and document client status.
• Maintain a safe home environment and engage clients with activities.
