Interim HealthCare is hiring Personal Care Aides/Caregivers to support seniors living at home in Valley Center, KS. In this role you’ll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

You will work with 1:1 client ratios, set your own schedule, and have access to online training, CEUs, and tuition discounts to pursue further education. Join a nationwide home care company that values compassionate care and patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, shopping and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation and range of motion as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and document client status for supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that promote joy and well-being.
