ComForCare Home Care – Danbury is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors in the comfort of their own homes. We provide training, guidance, and support to help you succeed while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

As a PCA, you’ll assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain safety and independence for clients. Flexible hours, paid training, and a team-oriented environment are offered to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check may be required per Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
• Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team
