ComForCare Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in and around Bridgeport, CT. No caregiving experience is required; training is provided to support your success and growth.

You will help seniors and adults remain independent at home, delivering non-medical care and companionship across Bridgeport and nearby communities, with a strong emphasis on safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; willingness to learn.
• Welcomes PCAs, HHAs, or CNAs.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Who You'll Serve

Responsibilities

As a PCA, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical home care services, including:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation

• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Requirements

• Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
