ComForCare Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors in New Milford, CT, and surrounding communities. No caregiving experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team
