Qualifications

• Some High School is required.
• 0-1 years related work experience preferred.
• Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes and reports patient care or safety concerns to staff.
• Builds a respectful rapport with patients and responds to their physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Assists with patient care and operational flow based on policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with physicians and other health care professionals effectively.
• Transports patients to and from the department according to protocols and notifies relevant personnel of delays.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of stretchers, wheelchairs, IV poles, and related items.
