Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is hiring a Patient Transport teammate for full-time, 40 hours per week. You will round to move equipment, greet patients, assist in transfers, and ensure safety and dignity throughout the process.

You will prioritize transport requests to reduce wait times, replenish code carts as needed, and help with the delivery of supplies and specimens across departments. Required: BLS; Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Rounds the hospital to assess transport inventory and moves equipment to optimize operations and maximize patient throughput.
• Greets and informs patient of move process, ensuring safety, dignity and comfort while following safety checks.
