Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare work environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and coordinating non-emergent medical transportation requests for patients leaving the hospital and acute patient transport within the hospital system.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and prioritize patient needs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support 24/7 lean department, identify opportunities to streamline transportation processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional patient care through proactive problem-solving and commitment to excellence.
