Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or transportation setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work varying schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips and resident information.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and care.
• Provide courteous, compassionate service to residents and their families.
