North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc is seeking a Patient Transportation Driver (Non-Emergency Medical Transport) to safely move residents to medical appointments, social activities, and outings.

You will perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain transportation records and resident information, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety, comfort, and respectful service.

Formación

• CPR certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or transportation setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Drive company vehicles to transport residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips, including resident information and any incidents.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure seamless coordination and care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
• Adhere to driving and transportation policies and procedures.
