Job summary

Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Transportation Driver to move patients to appointments, hospital discharges, and other outings as needed. This part-time to casual role supports our care team and offers meaningful work.

Responsibilities include safe transport, accurate record-keeping, and coordination with nurses and physicians. A clean WI driving record, a Wisconsin driver's license, and experience with van transport are preferred; CPR

Qualifications

• Clean driving record in WI.
• Wisconsin driver's license.
• Preferred experience driving a van.
• CPR certification preferred but not required (facility can provide).

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from appointments, hospital discharges, and other outings as needed.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation of patients, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and communicate with the healthcare team as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
