Milwaukee Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time transportation driver to provide safe, timely transport of patients and parcels under supervision. You must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, read maps, and maintain confidentiality of records.

The role requires lifting over 50 pounds, wheelchair lift operation, and adherence to safety policies. You will report to the Administrator and collaborate with the Medical Records Director to coordinate daily appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent and ability to read maps.
• Excellent ability to communicate with patients and health personnel.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License in Wisconsin and be insurable under liability guidelines.
• Must pass criminal background and driving history checks and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Transport patients according to schedule.
• Review daily agenda and plan the day’s routes.
• Maintain vehicle clean and safe before and after shifts.
• Operate wheelchair lift and assist patients into/out of the vehicle.
• Exhibits courteous customer service toward patients and staff.
• Follow safety rules and participate in safety programs.
