Job summary

NORTHGATE CARE CENTER is seeking a Driver to safely transport residents with mobility challenges to their destinations. You will ensure timely arrivals, assist residents with entry/exit, and comply with infection control and safety policies.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining residents’ comfort and dignity, and collaborating with the care team to support QAPI initiatives. Valid license required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience delivering compassionate transport services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to destinations safely and on time.
• Assist clients entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Operate wheelchair lifts as needed.
• Report incidents or accidents to supervisor.
