Job summary

Ohio Living Breckenridge Village is seeking a full-time Driver to provide transportation for residents and patients in a safe, timely manner. The role requires maintaining a clean vehicle, adhering to safety policies, and accurately documenting logs and reports.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and defensive driving certifications. Experience with Windows/Microsoft Office is preferred, and weekend/evening shifts are possible as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable record.
• Completion of Ohio Department of Aging DRIVE and defensive driving courses.
• Willing to complete DOT drug/alcohol training if applicable.
• Experience driving residents or patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient transportation services to residents and patients.
• Maintains a clean vehicle and performs interior upkeep.
• Observes safety and security procedures while transporting.
• Notifies supervisor of changes/cancellations in schedule.
• Attends meetings and training as scheduled.
• Maintains vehicle inspections and reports repairs when needed.
• Keeps accurate records and completes logs/reports for supervisor.
• Greets and assists residents/patients in and out of vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
