Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and parents for transport, verify paperwork and patient details.
• Perform as a Patient Logistics Dispatcher as needed.
• Coordinate transport across hospital areas and maintain equipment and records.
• Participate in department and hospital educational programs to maintain skills and competencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork to support staffing needs and organizational goals.
