Job summary

Qualifications

• American Heart Association certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remain at the patient's bedside with visual observation at all times.
• Observe patient behavior and alert nursing staff to changes.
• Engage in simple, non-clinical interactions to provide comfort.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols.
• Complete Sitter Observation check list and report changes to nurse.
