Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our Riverton Internal Medicine/Pediatrics clinic. The role focuses on greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining professional communication with staff and patients.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-organized and bilingual in Spanish, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced medical office.
Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representative in our Riverton Internal Medicine/Pediatrics clinic. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and above all else compassionate. PSRs work closely with our patients, physicians and support staff to provide the best care to each patient. As the receptionists are the first point of contact with the patients, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
