Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Broken Arrow, OK for a part-time, PRN as needed position within Ascension St. John Broken Arrow.

You will assist patients checking into the hospital, answer questions during registration, and collect information accurately with compassionate listening. You do not need healthcare experience; we provide training. You must be able to multi-task, type, and handle multiple screens while staying calm and supportive for patients who may be ill

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn in healthcare environment and complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work on computers and answer phones to intake information across multiple screens in a busy registration area.
• Help patients who may be very ill or worried; build rapport and ease anxiety during check-in.
• Fast-paced environment, inputting patient and insurance information across multiple programs and screens.
• Be part of a supportive team and contribute to the patient registration process at R1 RCM Inc.
