Job summary

Responsibilities

• Working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment across multiple screens.
• Input patient and insurance information accurately between physician and nurse check-ins.
• Provide compassionate support to patients who are ill or worried to ease their anxiety.
• Assist with registration processes in a fast-paced hospital setting.
