Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service experience.
Prepared to see illness and injuries and handle vaccination and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment.
Collect details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check-ins across multiple screens.
Work across multiple programs and type as quickly as patients can talk.
Work around clinicians interrupting the registration process for emergent clinical care.
Help people who may be very ill or worried.
Ask follow-up questions and build rapport in real time.
Work quickly and expect the unexpected in a fast-paced environment.
Assist patients in completing registration while standing and on your feet.
