Zusammenfassung

Abrazo West Campus is seeking a patient sitter to provide constant observation under RN supervision, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and privacy. The role emphasizes discreet communication, prompt reporting, and adherence to care plans for identified patients.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Prior CNA experience is preferred; the facility offers comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

• Must have good customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Keeps patient within view at all times and never leaves unattended.
• Uses call light/intercom to summon staff for help or supplies.
• Accompanies patient during transport for tests or procedures with RN approval.
• Documents observations on flow sheet as instructed.
• Maintains patient room safety and privacy in accordance with policy.
• Provides compassionate, clear communication and reports concerns promptly.
• Follows all conduct requirements and avoids distractions from patient care.
