Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation and monitoring of assigned patients to ensure safety and prevent injury.
• Greet patients, introduce yourself, and maintain visual contact as directed by nursing staff.
• Communicate patient needs to nurses and seek redirection for potential safety concerns.
• Assist with patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction; transport basic items as needed.
• Document patient information in paper forms or electronic health records following HIPAA rules.
