Responsibilities

• Observe identified patients continuously under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy; follow call light system and accompany patients as needed.
• Assist with transport for diagnostics or procedures and report to nurse at shift end.
• Document observations on the flow sheet as instructed.
