Job summary

The position requires effective communication, the ability to maintain focus for extended periods, and flexibility with two 12 hr shifts and two 8 hr shifts per week, including weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and appropriately.
• Ability to maintain focus and provide continuous observation for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous observation for patients at risk of harming themselves or others.
• Assist with mobility, toileting, repositioning, and eating or drinking.
• Engage patients with meaningful conversation and activities to foster comfort and connection.
