Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Observation Assistant roles at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill, NJ. Provides visual and audible observation of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and unit manager; works 12-hour shifts and supports patient safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR AED or BLS-HCP certification within 30 days, and 1–2 years of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR AED or BLS-HCP certification within 30 days of hire if required.
• Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provides visual and audible observation of assigned patients under RN direction.
• Completes observation reports at established intervals.
• Remains at bedside unless relieved by staff; monitors patient safety.
• Redirects at-risk behavior and escalates to nursing staff as needed.
• Assists with patient needs and supports a calm, safe environment.
• Participates in hand-offs and maintains patient confidentiality.
