Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visually and audibly monitors the assigned patient’s condition and behavior at all times.
• Completes observation reports at established intervals.
• Assists staff in providing compassionate care and responding to patient needs.
• Remains at the bedside of the patient unless relieved by staff.
• Assists with patient safety and environmental hazards.
