Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a full-time Patient Services Lead at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center, Meridian, MS. You will coordinate patient meal service, supervise dining associates, and ensure patient needs and dietary preferences are met.

This role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, flexibility in schedule, and collaboration with caregivers and the culinary team to support a compassionate patient dining program.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate and read safety rules and procedures.
• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT system and other computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Dining Program operations to meet objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure menu selection, assembly, and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu options for allergies, cultural, and dietary needs.
• Monitor daily patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval.
