Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I to support hospital dining operations in Covington, TN. You will lead patient and retail dining, manage catering, and drive profitability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or willingness to obtain a CDM in the first year of employment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital dining operations, including patient and retail dining and catering.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of associates; manage talent development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure profitability and achievement of financial goals.
• Collaborate with Director, Chef and management to implement culinary programs and top-quality food.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
