Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at the Cleveland Clinic Weston location in Weston, FL. The role involves assisting patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support patient safety and satisfaction.

Hours are 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm or 8:15 pm with variable days. Previous related experience is preferred but not required, and pay ranges from $16.25 to $17.00

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to align with nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, or religious preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays from patient rooms on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA policies and facility confidentiality.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining station cleanliness.
