Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) to work on assigned units at Cleveland Clinic - South Pointe in Warrensville Heights, OH. You will help patients make menu selections and assemble, deliver and pick up meals.

Shifts vary, including weekends and holidays; pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; Dietary Aide experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure orders meet dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring dietary needs and textures.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff promptly.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports per policy.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
