Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) in Weston, FL. The role involves assisting patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring accurate orders and on-time service in a healthcare setting.

Full-time schedule with shifts from 6:30 am–2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, or 8:15 pm; prior related experience is preferred but not required. Pay range is $16.25–$17.00 per hour. Benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver/push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, dietary restrictions, and cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Comply with federal, state and JCAHO standards; follow HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining clean work stations.
