Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Cleveland Clinic - Euclid, OH. Shifts include 4:00-7:00pm with some weekends and holidays; prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities include helping patients with menu selections, delivering meals, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness while complying with HIPAA and safety guidelines. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Adhere to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and facility confidentiality policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation of work stations and tray line.
