Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in acute care and/or nursing program.
• CNA certification preferred or CPCT preferred.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with specimens collection and glucose monitoring as directed.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team and follow PPE protocols.
