Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for St. Francis Downtown. The role supports nurses by providing essential patient care, maintaining room cleanliness, and monitoring vital signs. You will also assist with activities of daily living and communicate needs between patients and licensed staff.

A focus on compassionate, respectful care with strong teamwork is essential. Prior experience in acute care and EPIC EHR familiarity are preferred; BLS is recommended upon hire.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN or appropriate supervision.
• Report changes and concerns to the nurse in charge.
