Qualifikationen

• Recent experience in acute care, physician’s office, home health/hospice, or long-term care facility.

• Provides basic patient care including comfort, vital sign measurement and personal care.
• Reports changes and concerns to nurse or designated healthcare professional.
• Delivers high-level customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Participates in hand-off/report of pertinent information upon arrival and departure.
• Performs delegated tasks after competency is validated.
• Assists in patient transfers using safe techniques.
• Encourages patient independence and engages them in activities.
