Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform duties such as vital signs monitoring, hygiene support, mobility assistance, nutrition support and ADL tasks.
• Document accurately and report any unusual changes to the nurse promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist in orienting new employees and support department goals.
