Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a similar setting or behavioral health setting, or a nursing student who has completed one clinical rotation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care under supervision, including ADLs and safety.
• Assists RN with plan of care, observes and communicates changes in patient condition.
• Monitors environment, reports unsafe conditions, and ensures timely task completion.
