Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a certified nursing assistant to support nursing staff at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. You will assist with vital signs, patient care, and discharge preparation under RN supervision.

The role offers full- or part-time hours with rotating shifts. Required includes BLS certification; CNA training or nursing rotations are preferred, with potential for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• CNA training preferred or nursing clinical rotation completed

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a RN to deliver patient care
• Assist with vital signs (including manual blood pressure), 12-Lead EKG, bladder ultrasound, Foley catheter and IV adapter removal, sterile specimen collection, bathing, beds, ambulating, turning, hourly rounding, blood glucose, feeding, admitting patients to room, preparing patients for discharge
• Assist with implementation of a patient-specific care plan
• Participate in activities essential to the functioning of the patient care unit
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience
